The HPLC (PTFE) Manifold is a cost effective way to enable up to six waste lines (per manifold) from HPLC processes to be fed into a single intake fitting. Manifolds have six 1/4-28 ports and one 3/8" NPT port (with caps for unused ports), and either one quick disconnect in No. 316 stainless steel or polypropylene, or a No. 316 stainless steel stacker connector. The six ports are tapped to accommodate the 1/4-28 threads of the separately available compression fittings.
Safety container with manifold installed is US OSHA compliant and meets NFPA Code 30. Use on round containers; not for use on oval style can.

- Feedback on this accessory that is needed for normal-phase HPLC solvent work.

Appears very high quality, but substantial and fulfills regulatory requirements.......... but very expensive. This is necessary for normal-phase HPLC solvents, as the manifold without stainless steel disconnects will rapidly deteriorate the EPDM o-ring. That prevents the manifold from locking in the poly receiver on the HPLC waste container, causing closure of the manifold so that solvent backs up and fills the HPLC waste line which could present a serious fire/spark hazard if it happened on an unattended overnight HPLC run.
