Angle Bracket QuickBerm
Economical Secondary Containment Spill Berms with L-Bracket Efficiency
Justrite Angle Bracket QuickBerms® offer a cost-effective secondary containment solution that mirrors the efficiency of traditional L-bracket berms. Designed to cater to a wide range of applications, these spill berms provide a practical and budget-friendly option for your stationary containment needs and long-term storage.
Easy to Install, For Many Containment Applications
Installing our Angle Bracket spill berms is simple and straightforward. Berms arrive folded for easy shipping. The rounded-edge angle brackets simplify the setup process, mirroring the ease of traditional L-bracket. Slip the angle brackets into the berm’s protective pockets to keep the walls upright with no sagging. This design reduces installation time and effort, leading to cost savings for your project.
Justrite Angle Bracket QuickBerms are versatile and budget-friendly, making them a practical choice for various applications. Whether you're storing transformers, generators, metal/poly tanks, IBCs, or conducting oiling and refueling operations, these berms offer reliable containment when there is limited need for vehicle drive in and out.
Reliable, Compliant Containment, Without the Premium Cost
Don't compromise on structural integrity. Our Angle Bracket QuickBerms feature angle brackets, available in both steel and aluminum, ensuring robust sidewall support. Reinforced corners further enhance containment, with many options available, including custom sizes and wall heights ranging from 12 to 24 inches. This flexibility allows you to adapt the spill berm to your budget constraints while maintaining efficient spill containment.
Justrite's Angle Bracket QuickBerms meet SPCC/EPA requirements, ensuring your spill containment measures align with industry standards. The Enguard V liner, a fuel and chemical-resistant geomembrane liner, effectively contains even the most aggressive substances.
To further extend the longevity of your angle bracket spill berm, we offer many optional accessories, including ground mats to protect it from punctures from the ground’s surface, as well as track mats and track runners to protect it during limited vehicle drive-ins.
Frequently Asked Questions
What applications are suitable for using an Angle Bracket QuickBerm®?
Justrite Angle Bracket QuickBerms are versatile and budget-friendly, making them a practical choice for various applications. Whether you're storing transformers, generators, metal/poly tanks, IBCs, or conducting oiling and refueling operations, these berms offer reliable containment when there is limited need for vehicle drive in and out.
Can vehicles drive into Angle Bracket QuickBerms?
Angle Bracket QuickBerms can be used for drive in/drive out applications but this requires disassembly of the entry walls. Please see our Rigid Lock QuickBerm® if drive in/drive out capabilities are needed.
What is the difference between the Angle Bracket QuickBerm and the Rigid-Lock QuickBerm?
Justrite's Rigid-Lock QuickBerm is our premium spill containment berm. The Rigid-Lock is single piece construction, requires no assembly, and deploys quickly. It is ideal for vehicle drive-in/drive-out applications.
The Angle Bracket QuickBerm is a more economical option and requires more set up time, as the angle brackets must be installed before use. Both the Angle Bracket QuickBerm and the Rigid-Lock QuickBerm meet SPCC and EPA requirements and are made using our fuel and chemical resistant Enguard V liner.
Are Angle Bracket QuickBerms the same as L-bracket spill berms?
Yes, but due to the rounded edge design, our angle brackets are safer for handling and less likely to puncture the berm during assembly, unlike traditional metal angle brackets, which have unfinished edges.
What wall heights are available for Angle Bracket QuickBerms?
Justrite offers the flexibility of custom sizes with spill berm wall heights available in 12, 18, and 24 inches. This allows the berm to provide a larger containment capacity within a smaller footprint.
How are Angle Bracket QuickBerms installed?
Because they arrive folded for convenient shipping and storing, the assembly process is as simple as slipping the rounded edge angle brackets into slots. This user-friendly approach reduces setup time, minimizes disruptions, and maximizes your team's productivity.
What is EnGuard?
Justrite’s Angle Bracket QuickBerms are made of EnGuard V, a fuel and chemical resistant geomembrane liner. With 28 mil thickness, EnGuard V effectively contains even the most aggressive substances.
Can I repair a berm that has been punctured or torn?
Justrite QuickBerms are repairable in the field. Berm repair kits can be purchased through Justrite. Kits typically include a heat gun and nozzle and extra material for quick and easy repair.
