Justrite Utili-Guard+™ Flammable Safety Cabinets set a new standard for storing dangerous liquids, combining extra capacity with smart, customizable door storage. Proper use is essential to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Please follow the guidelines below to maintain optimal cabinet performance while using door attachments. Review each caution block carefully before installing, loading, or modifying your Utili-Guard+ cabinet.
Guidelines for safety and proper use of the Utili-Guard+™ Safety Cabinet
Attachment Limit
DO NOT exceed the maximum number of door attachments per door.
- 45G and 90G cabinets: Maximum 4 attachments per door.
- 30G cabinet: Maximum 2 attachments per door.
Attachment Height
Items on top attachments must be 1.5 inches from the top edge of the door to avoid potential obstruction.
Weight Limits
- 45G and 90G cabinets: Maximum 35 lbs per door.
- 30G cabinet: Maximum 17 lbs per door.
Install Attachment Properly
Make sure the door attachment is properly aligned (straight) when installing.
Engage Brackets Correctly
Make sure both brackets are securely in place on the attachment and brackets are engaged by pushing downward.
Safety Can Positioning
Position hoses of safety cans towards the side or back.
