 1) Remove cap (recommend chain wrench) from flange base. Use care not to mare brass.

2) Assembly is spring loaded, use care with parts as you unassembled them.

3) Cap, spring, valve assembly, & flange sequence

4) Valve subassembly as assembled

5) Valve subassembly, sequence

6) Gasket on bottom of flange

7) Use diagram for reassembly sequence. Reverse as unassembled, properly seat spring on both ends, and retighten cap.
